- Day 1: Into the Wild.: <p>Your adventure begins with a <strong>jeep transfer from Rurrenabaque to Santa Rosa de Yacuma</strong>, scenic drive where you may already spot wildlife like sloths or toucans along the way. After lunch in Santa Rosa, you'll board a <strong>motorized canoe</strong> and start navigating the <strong>Yacuma River</strong>, a biodiversity hotspot.</p><p>As you drift through the water, watch for <strong>howler monkeys</strong>, <strong>squirrel monkeys</strong>, <strong>capybaras</strong>, <strong>alligators</strong>, <strong>turtles</strong>, and countless <strong>colorful bird species</strong>. Arrival at your eco-lodge is in the late afternoon—just in time for a breathtaking <strong>sunset over the river</strong>.</p><p>In the evening, enjoy a <strong>nocturnal safari</strong>. The jungle comes alive at night, and you’ll have the chance to observe <strong>caimans</strong>, <strong>owls</strong>, and other elusive creatures under the stars.</p><p>Overnight in a lodge within the Pampas.</p>
- Day 2: Encounters with Anacondas and Pink Dolphins.: <p>Start the day with breakfast and set out for a <strong>guided walk across the Pampas wetlands</strong>, a prime area to spot <strong>anacondas and boas</strong>. Your guide will explain the importance of these species in the ecosystem and how to safely observe them.</p><p>Return for lunch and a short rest before heading out again—this time for a <strong>refreshing swim with pink river dolphins</strong>, a unique and safe interaction with one of the Amazon’s most iconic animals.</p><p>In the late afternoon, try <strong>piranha fishing</strong> using traditional methods. Whether you catch one or not, it's a fun, immersive activity <strong>you can even cook what you catch</strong>! As the sun sets once more, enjoy the tranquil beauty of the Pampas and gather for dinner.</p><p>Overnight at the eco-lodge.</p>
- Day 3: Sunrise Safari and Farewell.: <p>Wake up early for a <strong>sunrise boat ride </strong>one of the most magical moments of the trip. As the mist rises from the water, you’ll spot animals starting their day: <strong>herons in flight</strong>, <strong>howler monkeys</strong>, <strong>capuchins</strong>, and maybe even <strong>river otters</strong>.</p><p>After breakfast, there’s still time for a <strong>short nature walk</strong> or <strong>visit to a nearby monkey island</strong>, where playful troops of monkeys may come closer for a better look at their curious visitors. After lunch at the lodge, begin your return journey to Rurrenabaque by canoe and jeep.</p>
