  1. Day 1 — Arrival + easy Cusco

    Drop bags, walk the centre, Plaza de Armas and San Blas without rushing. Water, light food, no alcohol. The half-day city tour (CLP $53,000) fits if you land early.

Book before you fly vs buy there
