Neither includes food; the Grey boat does not include the park entry.

How the two trips differ
Balmaceda and Serrano sail the Última Esperanza fjord toward Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, with fjord scenery, wildlife and a visit to local culture along the way, per the listing. You get yourself to the pier: the transfer to the meeting point is not included. Grey is a 2.5-hour trip on the Grey III catamaran among floating icebergs to the glacier front. Before boarding you walk 30 to 45 minutes along Grey Beach, so it does not suit reduced mobility, and strollers cannot go on that terrain.
What each price leaves out
Balmaceda and Serrano: food (bring a packed lunch) and the transfer to the pier. Grey: food and the Torres del Paine park entry on both listings. The WhatsApp listing also leaves out insurance and tips. The Grey departures on that listing are 10:00, 13:00 and 16:00, with pick-up 06:00–06:30, 09:00–09:30 or 12:00–12:30.
