Patagonia Edén is a private 2,200-hectare estancia about 20 minutes from Puerto Natales airport (PNT) that hosts one couple, family or group at a time, all-inclusive. In high season a night costs USD 2,000 for two guests in the private apartment, USD 3,000 to 6,400 for 3 to 7 guests in the main house and USD 7,000 to 7,700 for 8 to 10 guests using the whole estate — per group, not per person, with a 2-night minimum. Meals with a chef, bar service, Patagonian asado and horseback riding on the property are included. What no stay here includes is Torres del Paine itself: park tours, guides, park transport and entrance fees are booked separately.

Book Edén for privacy, food and horses before or after the park; book your Torres del Paine day on its own.

What you pay separately, including Torres del Paine

Patagonia Edén is not inside Torres del Paine National Park and does not run park excursions. Tours, guides, transport to the park and the CONAF entrance fee are arranged separately — through your travel advisor, a specialist operator or the Torres del Paine tours that leave from Puerto Natales. As of August 2026, foreign visitors paid USD 35 for up to 3 days in the park; check the current fee before you go. Also outside the stay: boat trips, trekking and other third-party activities off the estancia, flights, gratuities and personal expenses. Airport transfers are not defined as included, so confirm them in writing when you book.

Seasons and minimum stays

High season runs from 1 October to 19 December 2026 and from 6 January to 31 March 2027, with a 2-night minimum. The holiday period, 20 December 2026 to 5 January 2027, has higher rates and a 3-night minimum; New Year is subject to availability. One-night stays may be considered on request, usually close to the date.

How it fits a Torres del Paine trip

  1. Before the park — 2 nights

Land in Puerto Natales, settle in 20 minutes away and start the trip in private before moving into the park.

  2. After the park — 2 to 3 nights

A slower stay with food, horses and privacy after several days of structured hiking.

  3. Private base + a park day — 3 nights

Stay at Edén while a specialist provider runs a private full day in Torres del Paine.

  4. Part of a longer South America trip

Two or three nights of estancia life inside a wider Chile, Argentina or Patagonia itinerary.

The 3 day experiences if you are staying elsewhere

Who it suits, and when to choose a park lodge instead

It works for honeymooners and couples who want privacy, families and multigenerational groups, and friends traveling together who value owner-hosted, local experiences over hotel infrastructure. Activity suitability, including riding and vehicle use, is confirmed by age and conditions. If what you want is a full-service lodge inside Torres del Paine with its own guide team and daily park outings, choose that instead — or combine both, with Edén before or after.

How booking works

Choose the option that matches your group size and dates and send the request. Because the estancia hosts one group at a time, availability is confirmed in writing first, together with payment, cancellation and tax terms — nothing is charged before that. For the Torres del Paine tours that leave from Puerto Natales, with prices and what each one leaves out, see our guide to Torres del Paine tours from Puerto Natales (torres-del-paine-tours-from-puerto-natales-prices-2026).
