Pickup and the hour that matters
Pickup is at Vitacura 9016, the same morning you go up. If you booked a transfer, the van leaves from that door between 07:00 and 07:45.
Arrive early. The delay is not the counter — it is trying on boots.
What no pack includes: the lift ticket
Rental never covers the lift pass. You buy it at the ski center and it changes with the resort and the date. If you are playing in the snow rather than riding lifts, you do not need that ticket.
