The other three: SanPedroDeAtacama Tatio CLP $35.000 (ticket amount not fixed on the listing), Puritama trek CLP $27.000, Purilibre CLP $29.990 with no entrance fee.
That second number is what almost never sits next to the tour price — and at Puritama it is larger than the ride.

Trek CLP $27.000: guided, ~30 min walk to the pools, courtesy cocktail, typical 15:00–19:00. That listing says there is no entrance fee on this program. The two listings contradict each other — confirm for your date.
If you do not want a ticket: Purilibre
CLP $29.990. Listing says no entrance fee. 40 min walk down a canyon to natural pools. Morning 08:00–13:00 or afternoon 14:00–18:30. No toilets on the route.
